Our designers don’t sell “prefab storage solutions.” They listen to your needs and design accordingly. Your closet or home storage system will be designed just for you. We invite you to visit one of our showrooms to see for yourself the high quality of our products.

We are not just middlemen or dealers; we manufacture our own product. We are committed to using quality materials, hardware and craftsmanship. We continually strive to manufacture home storage products that are Unique, Simple, Affordable and Quick to install. Even our closet kits are customizable!

What does the name 3 Day Closets really mean?

The 3 Day Closets process is typically as follows:

1) Consultation: We can typically have a designer out to  your home within 3 working days.

2) Design: Depending on the scope of your project we can typically have a 3D design & proposal to you within 3 working days.

3) Installation: We can typically have you custom project completed within 3 working days. Most projects take only a day or two.

What is a 3 Day Closets Closet Kit and why should I consider one?

Unlike large warehouse stores that sell prefabricated closet parts (which typically require modification to fit your space), 3 Day Closets Closet Kits are customized.

This means your kit will be designed exclusively for your closet. You provide the space requirements and dimensions and we provide the product, machined in our state-of-the-art facilities, to exacting standards.

Your 3 Day Closets Closet Kit comes pre-machined for you with all the necessary hardware. Our user-friendly instructions will guide you through the home installation process. Need help? Simply call our customer service department or visit our Showroom for assistance.

Will 3 Day Closets install my custom organizing products?

Yes, installation is an essential part of our service. 3 Day Closets can install your custom closets and other home storage products for you. Simply schedule an installation date with our office staff and we will work around your schedule to complete your project in a timely manner.

How long does a typical closet system installation take?

Most installations can be completed in one day; however, some installations may carry over into multiple days. Ask your 3 Day Closets designer for a time estimate.

Can I make adjustments to my closet system after it's been installed?

Yes! Unlike many pre-made systems, our custom closet organizers are fully adjustable. Shelves and hanging rod can easily be moved to accommodate your changing needs. Visit our Customer Center for helpful instructions on how to make changes to your closet organizing system.

What does the term "Murphy Wall-Beds Hardware" mean?

Generally, the terms “Murphy bed” and “wall bed” are interchangeable. At 3 Day Closets we work exclusively with a company called Murphy Wall-Beds Hardware Inc. Their spring mechanism system is superior to conventional piston mechanisms.

Unlike a piston mechanism, which has only a single piston on each side of the bed, Murphy Wall-Bed’s exclusive spring mechanism has multiple springs on either side of the bed. This allows for better adjustment and more flexibility. For a complete comparison please see Springs vs. Pistons.

What is the warranty on Murphy Wall-Beds Hardware?

Our wall bed mechanisms and frames carry 10-year, 25-year, and Lifetime warranties, depending on which hardware you purchase.

How much weight will a Murphy Wall Bed hold?

Because our Murphy Wall-Bed frames are made of steel rather than wood (as other systems are), our Murphy bed is rated for up to 2,000 lbs.

How easy is it to operate Murphy Wall-Bed?

A wall bed made with Murphy Wall-Beds Hardware provides fingertip operation. Simply pull the bed down and rotate the legs into position.

Do you offer different styles or kits of Murphy Wall Beds?

Yes. 3 Day Closets offers a number of Murphy Bed Kits. Our kits come with complete assembly instructions.

What kind of mattress can I use with my Murphy Bed?

Any standard inner spring mattress will work. We can provide you with a terrific mattress if you need one. Our Spring Air mattresses come with a 10-year non-prorated warranty and are a “no flip” design for safety and ease of care.

Can I use my own mattress with your Murphy Bed Kits?

Of course you can -- as long as it is no thicker than 11” and is not a two sided pillow top design.
